We conduct wildfire hazard assessments for communities that lead to the development of Community Wildfire Protection Plans. We also assist homeowners with home wildfire hazard assessments, identifying hazards
that, when re-mediated, will reduce the wildfire hazard to the home.
URBAN FORESTRY CONSULTING:
We work with communities and individuals in the urban environment developing urban forestry products, such as: urban tree appraisals, urban tree and forest inventories, urban forest management plans and Green Infrastructure Plans.
FORESTRY CONSULTING – FOREST MANAGEMENT:
We prepare forest management plans including Forest Stewardship Plans with American Tree Farm Certification. Our forest management plans cover a wide range of landowners objectives including wildlife habitat enhancement for both game and non-game species, maintenance of water quality, commercial growing of wood fiber, and environmental benefits such as Carbon Sequestration. We also prepare forest health plans that include identification of forest pests, both present and potential, recommend treatment for identified pests and develop an Integrated Pest Management Plan for your property. We have the expertise to develop prescribed fire plans that include smoke screening areas.
FORESTRY CONSULTING – APPRAISALS:
We conduct forest appraisals, timber appraisals and urban (yard) tree appraisals.
TIMBER SALE ADMINISTRATION:
We can prepare and manage your timber sale for you.
GIS and DATABASE SERVICES:
We have the technology and expertise to add your data or create data in both ArcGIS and Microsoft Access. We can develop custom databases to meet your needs.
