End of Road Enterprises L.L.C. is lead by Steve Mattax,Certified Forester and Wildland Urban Interface Specialist with 30
years of forestry experience in Oklahoma. Steve is a registered forester in Oklahoma and an SAF Certified Forester. Steve graduated from Purdue University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management. He worked for Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Forestry Division for 29 years, assisting landowners with forest managment for over 20 years. He was Oklahoma’s Firewise Liaison for 6 years, conducting training in wildfire hazard assessment to state employees and emergency responders, and developing Oklahoma’s Community Wildfire Protection Plan standards. He was Oklahoma’s Forest Pest Specialist for the four years prior to retirement.

End of Road Enterprises will conduct wildfire mitigation planning in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Kansas, and forestry consulting in Oklahoma and Texas.
